I'll try my hand at this again. We'll see if anything comes of it.
So what has happened in the past few months? Surprisingly little. We've been busy with work, J and L join forces to hide the markers from my sight and cause all kinds of chaos, the Democratic primary is teaching me a new level of patience, and a friend is getting married in the Philippines next year. Somehow, I think we're going to find a way to get there.

Great to hear from you again. I've been half-a**ed about blogging lately too. Perhaps this will inspire me to get back into the groove. Where in the Philippines?
If I wait too long for a bus, sometimes I'll start walking. Almost immediately, the bus will come and zoom past me. Last week, I removed your link from my page. . . . and then you came back!
Unfortunately, my superpowers are limited to buses and bloggers. . . .

If it's not the blogosphere, I have no idea what to call it. That sounds much better than cyberspace, which always left me the impression of floating away untethered in a vacuum of empty space.
Not exactly sure about the cities. Our friend mentioned some resort island they have pinpointed, but I think we'll fly into Manila. I have a lot to learn about the Philippines in a year.
If my life were some kind of bus, I would definitely be the kind of driver who pulls over to give walkers a ride.
Wow, and this is the first time in several months I've read a blog. What timing. I get the urge to post occasionally, like when I see Daniel Hoffman-Gill in that Kohler commercial...
