Every little girl ends up in something pink and frilly for at least one Halloween.

Such a cutie!

And in regards to your previous post--I believe there's more to our lives than just what we remember. I think there's something of the development of a soul that's going on in these pre-memory years.

Your actions around L may or may not be remembered, but you are setting patterns--imprinting, if you will--your love on this little girl.

Some times when I kiss my kids goodnight--especially if I've brushed my teeth at the same time as they do--my kisses tend to be a bit moist. And my kids will protest and rub their cheeks dry.

"The wetness will go away," I'll tell them, "but the love stays."

That's what you're building right now. The love
