Best of luck in your shutoff valve ventures.
Who would have guessed that being pregnant can be an advantage in this situation? I'm super-sensitive to smells, which helps when you're trying to identify potential gas leaks.
I think we got it figured out. The slight burning smell is gone and nothing exploded.
That's a good thing.
